We’re looking for people with passion
As a truly independent hearing health provider, offering hearing care across Devon & Cornwall, we’re always looking to grow our team with the right Audiologist and Hearing Care Assistants.
We are therefore looking for HCPC registered Audiologist and Hearing Care Assistants with an empathetic and caring nature, who share our passion for patient care!
What we’re about
Serving our local communities, taking care of patients and building long-term, transparent relationships with independent optical partners is at the heart of what we do. You will be providing independent hearing care in optical practices, giving patients the same independent clinical care for their ears as they receive for their eyes. And you’ll have access to the latest hearing aid technology from all the leading manufacturers. The freedom of being independent as a Peninsula Audiologist means you have the peace of mind of offering clinical excellence and empathetic patient care, without any brand limitation!
Who are you?
We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and tenacious Audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants. As an Audiologist, you’ll need to have experience working with various hearing aid manufacturers, though of course, additional training will be given. And you’ll need to be a fully qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser, who is HCPC registered or eligible to register very soon if you’ve only recently qualified.
What’s in it for you?
As a Peninsula Audiologist, you will play a vital part in our growth, deliver a first-class audiology service to our patients, and we can promise you that you will be valued! You will have the use of state-of-the-art Audiological testing equipment and facilities, so you can deliver clinical excellence and a complete hearing care service for your patients. And we support you in your patient flow by providing a ‘ready to go’ patient database and a patient booking system that’s easy to use and offers 24/7 visibility.
You’ll also get the following benefits:
- A flexible working environment – with the possibility of flexible full time and part time working hours
- Great training and development opportunities, including keeping up-to-speed with the latest hearing technologies
- Competitive salary and commission
- 34 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Private health cover
- Death in service benefit
- Amazing discounts, savings and rewards through our reward gateway
- Pension
- Company sick pay, should you ever need it
